1、Kawaks更改界面语言，Misc--Choose language pack，在文件选择窗口，选择Chinese（simp）.lng

2、Mame、Nebula、Kawaks共用Roms文件夹，可以将Roms文件夹放在与模拟器同级目录，然后在文件--配置路径中将Roms1，2，3，分别设定为“..\roms\cps1”,“..\roms\cps2”,"..\roms\neogeo",其中“..”代表模拟器的上级文件路径。然后将模拟器文件路径下roms-neogeo文件夹下的neogeo.zip（游戏支持文件）放置到“..\roms\neogeo”文件夹下，neogeo游戏才能运行。

3、Kawaks远程、局域网联机，首先下载Kaillerasrv.exe与kailleraclient.dll，下载地址：http://www.kaillera.com。Kaillerasrv：http://www.kaillera.com/files/kaillerasrv-0.86-win32.zip，Kailleraclient：http://www.kaillera.com/files/kaillera-0.9-sdk.zip，下载完成完成后将所有的文件解压到Kawaks文件夹内，其中Client必须与模拟器主程序同文件夹，Server可以单独建立一个文件。建立服务器：首先要配置Kaillerasrv.conf，文件内容定义如下：

配置文件设置好后，启动Kaillerasrv.exe，此时服务器设置好了。第二步，自己连接服务器，文件-开始联机游戏，输入username,设置Connection type，Enter IP输入自己电脑的ip地址，就可以创建游戏了。第三步，局域网的伙伴加入游戏，同自己连接服务器的操作。

4、Kawaks默认画质比较差，有街机的线条显示，可以视频-选择视频双线过滤模式-Kreed双线过滤方式（仅MMX和16位色深）-SuperEagle（Eagle-边缘抗锯齿）

5、Kawaks玩游戏过程成把扬声器搞坏了，不知道是不是需要设置音频。

6、按键自定义设置，游戏-重新定义键位设定，按照自己的习惯定义键位，拳皇97键盘对应表

7、KOF97可以在游戏-NEOGEO设定中选择家用机，则会出现Option选项，可以设置成无限时长，仅限single play模式。如果需要无限血量，需要设置cheat文件。
